RD - 06/01 - Strange new AVM message heard just now

Hi gurus,

Need some help here. My message on AVM changed today. The previous message was "FP Received, Case has resumed processing..." Today the message says "Requested additional information was recieved...It will take 365-540 days to process this case". But what information did they receive? I wasn\'t issued any RFE. Anybody else from May or June RD heard a similar message? It must be a mistake.
 
Will wait for 2-3 days before calling INS

...hopefully the message will change to "Case Approved"...:)
 
Lawyer did not recieve any RFE notice either!

I checked with my Lawyer - lawyer did not recieve any RFE for me either. The how did the message change on Friday to "Your response to RFE was recieved..."? Lawyer thinks its either a mistake or the case may be on an officers desk, wiaitng for approval. I am going to keep checking my messages on AVM - and will let you guys know if I get approved - We have already seen one June approval this morning, so I am hoping for the best....God Bless Us All.

BTW - I can\'t seem to get thru to the AVM - its always busy - is there any other number?
 
same message for me and spoke to IIO

She said there was no RFE. Could be a data entry error ?
She also said my file was in work area.
Hopefully will get approved soon.

Guys, can you post all your details so we can verify if we all are with similar dates.

My dates are:-

EB3. PD - 11/98 RD - 06/01/01 ND - 08/03/01 FP - 11/22/01
Got erroneous message on Feb 8, 2002.
Will get approved on - By God\'s blessings, hopefully this week.
