This is for insbpt. My reciept date is 6/18/01, ND is 7/27/01 and FP done on 12/28/01. Waiting for AD. I am from Detroit area.

Hi,
 I had my lawyer send affidavits from my parents on March 15th 2002 even though I didnt receive a RFE. Is this a good thing to do?

My Birth Certificate has my parent\'s first name is Initials. I didnt want to receive a RFE and so sent the affidavits in advance even though they havent probably gotten to my case yet.

My Details are in the text document and the excel sheet being maintained in this thread. Here it is anyway:

RD: 06.15.01
ND: 07.27.01
FP: 12.12.01
PD: Dec 2000
AVM: It tells me that my FP\'s were received on Jan 11th 2002.
LIN # is XX-229-XXXXX

What are they looking for in RFE\'s related to Birth Certificate anyway.

I saw that immigration.com on pending cases I485 displays May 1st,2001 it there any change ? I guess it\'s RD, right ?

http://www.rupnet.com/immigration is a cool site that some body like us is maintaining. I added my info into that site. I guess we dont have to keep on updating text file and repost it and worrry about Virus Attacks etc.

Congrats, and good luck. I have made the Easy Tracker Site and with no mannual intervention and. p

Please have a look, and so far 20 people with RD in April have entered ther information.
Users can go in and entred there information and make changes with no manual intervention.
Also autoemail feature which sends email to everyone when someone gets approved in there RD Month.
And I promise I will maintain this site even after my approval :
Reasons:
1. Working on site made my wait for approval very easy.
2. Board is like a fmaily to me.
3. Its my own domain.
