Me and my wife were approved per email and online message yesterday 09/15/2004.

Here is details:

RD -05/02/2004; EAC 02182
FP2 - 02/2004
RFE (EVL) issued 6/15/04, replied 07/08/04
AP submitted 09/03/04 - wanted to "bribe" VSC
AD 9/15/04

Congratulations thinkpad365! and I am really very happy for you and I have recently on 9th applied my AP2 electronically (to bribe ) and my LUD on the AP is changing continously from that day onwards and no change on I485 LUD.

Did you too have experience with your case ? And did you file Electronically or sent the regular by mail. Please respond.

Yes, I did apply electronically (wanted to "bribe" as fast as possible) and yes LUD on AP has been changing for a week and then stopped. LUD on I-485 did not change at all before it was approved.
 
I felt alot relieved after seeing your post below. Thanks friend for the reply.Atleast now I have some hope that they might approve our cases soon.
Can you let me know from when your AP LUD started changing and stopped when, atleast this will give me a sort of idea of how the processing works regarding time frame etc.

Do you know what is going to happen to your AP ? I understand that AP will be rejected as your I485 is approved, but now what happens to the fees as CIS will be rejecting the AP. Any ideas ?

Hm... When you "bribe" people , do you expect you money back? You got what you wanted.. and it ain't application fee

Yes. I have sent the supporting documents in mail immediately the next day and below is the list of documents you will need to send within 30 days of applying. And also write a cover letter explaining them why you need AP. Let me know if you have any additional questions.

Are you bribing CIS. :D Just curious to know.

•I-131 Application for Travel Document Confirmation Receipt.
•Two Passport Size Photographs as per the specifications.
•Copy of Pending I-485 Receipt.
•Copy of EAD & Copy of Previously Issued Advance Parole Travel Document.
•Copy of I-140 Approval Notice.
•Copy of Drivers License & Copy of Passport’s First Page for Biographic information.

Absolutely my friend... I am also too tired of waiting. It is almost 10 weeks after FP2...hope something comes for all of us.
 
Could you please let us know the LUD activity of your AP ?

I know. It is such a pain to keep guessing daily in and out when we will get our approval when you see others getting approved. I sincerely Pray daily that CIS should exercise some commonsense and approve the cases in a reasonable time frame.
