I think BCIS updates AVM once everyday just like bank account AVM or credit card AVM system¡K

I called AVM at 4:30 PM EA

I had my stamping very recently (8/29) so cards being ordered this early is difficult....................

I think you are correct. Other folks have dates like yours as well that can't see their case status online. No problem bursting any bubbles as they did not exist in reality...
