Any updates on your AVM. Looks like there was one more guy who sent reply around May11 and still his AVM not updated.

Maybe the case officer is on long vacation or has left INS. What does your lawyer say. I am going to ask my lawyer to talk to INS around Aug 11th.

So far no updates on my case either. Still the same message that we sent RFE on April 17 blah blah blah. This is really frustrating.

I485 case (RFE sent 5/8) transferred to INS, SFO

Just heard on the AVM, that the I-485 case has been transferred to INS, SFO
for an interview. The scheduling of interview could take months according to
the message.

Was expecting "approval" message. Guess that\'s the way it goes ....
Not sure of how long this scheduling would take.

Anyone with experiences with interview -- please send me details.
The guessing game continues.

FP: 1/01 (spouse FP 6/00)
RFE: 4/26 for W-2, company letter, paystubs
RFE reply: 5/8
AVM update for RFE: 6/21
Transfer for interview update: 8/4
Not sure when the interview will be scheduled....
