Rapidigm guys ! Did you know that Jackie Martinez was fired along with her staff ? Does anyone have any updates ? What happends to the pending paperwork ? What happens to the ones which were just filed ?
Won\'t they ever realize that \'Time\' is the most crucial factor here ?

I heard it was just she who had left. Bu if she is fired then it\'s still bad news. She was the the knowldgeable lady there.

I guess if she was fired the reason could be she did the job too good And she speed up the process too much

XYZ.. is looking my case and she received my documents required
for I-140 filing on August 9th. Since then 43 days are lapsed and I-140 has
not yet been filed. However scrutiny is done 43 days are too long.
 
I would highly appreciate if you take necessary steps and get it filed
immediately.

I think you are exactly right. My guess would be that this company thinks the longer it takes to process the longer they can keep us. J kept the process going quickly. Wonder what will happen now. They are not answering their phones and I heard she was fired on Aug. 1st. Has anyone talked to anyone at RIR? Very conserned.
