Rapidigm continuing GC if your I485 is filled?

1. I want to know, what is done to people getting laid off & who are in final stage. I am interested in people who just filled I485 & not yet got EAD.

2.How long Rapidigm is keeping people on Bench?
3. Did Rapidigm continue GC after Layoff?
