She took my receipt number n even before getting any info up, she says 'I have to tell u, we have been asked to tell anyone who calls, to call back in 30 days as we have a ton of applications right now to process'
Then she asks for my receipt number AGAIN (she got it wrong the first time).
she was literally sounding sleepy!!!!!!!! and apologized for beeing sleepy which is why she got my number wrong the first time!!!
n again says the same thing..I can't tell u anything... we have been asked to tell everyone to call back in 30 days!!!
I was like WTF???? why do u need my receipt nubmer then u moron????? just say what u have been 'asked' to say n hang up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
so am I rite in thinking I got a cust servs person on the phone and not an IO???
