Thanks for sharing your point of view Brit. Its good to know that there is a good chance for DV 2019 to become a reality :)

I agree with you, at this point I highly doubt the bill will get into voting before Oct 1st. Trump has a way of creating issues from things aren't even suppose to be issues. There is little time left and tax reform is priority. Lets hope 2019 will happen too so more people can be part of this program :)
