Hello guys,
I definitely need your advice, guidance, and wisdom.
I went to the DO today and tried to speak to my interviewer as Rahul did in the past, but unfortunately I was faced with an extreme opposition by an officer who kept talking to me like a machine and reminding me that I shouldn’t be there since my interview date was last Feb 2 (she forgot that I’ve been waiting for over 800 DAYS for my interview). I even begged her, and explained to her that a family emergency is involved, but without any success. In the end, she was at least able to give me an update on my case. I was told that the only thing pending is a G325B background check that the military needs to send back. This is amazing because I included a signed and stamped G325B with my file. So I handwrote a letter to the Naturalization supervisor and included a copy of the G325B (I usually take all my documents with me when I visit DO, I even take a one day food ration in case I get arrested…just kidding) and I also included a copy of my DD214 showing my Honorable discharge.
The officer at the window informed me that the G325B was initiated the day after my interview (Feb 3) which is the only thing holding my file so far. When they receive an answer from the military, they will clear up an oath date for me. That’s what she said.
Rahul, Anahit, ibm, hm, all the others, I need your help. I need your brains. I am trying to find out a way to check and impel the military to complete my G325b process. The same way you guys did with the FBI. I am doing extensive research on my part, but adding your expertise and knowledge will definitely enhance the results. Please help me.
FYI, on the G325b we can legibly read the following:
(ALL DEFENSE CHECKS)
UNITED STATES ARMY INVESTIGATIVE RECORDS REPOSITORY
ATTN: ICIRR-A
FOR MEADE, MARYLAND 20755
ATTENTION: LIAISON OFFICE
IMMIGRATION AND NATURALIZATION SERVICE
What would you do if you were me?
Thank you.
