Hi,
Does any one know If we have gone on R B1/B2 and the I94 was given for 6 months at the entry and after 2 months the employer files the I360 form and we received I797 from the immigration. (I360 is filled for religious worker EB4.) Does any one know - once we receive I797 from the immigration if we can stay on even if it takes one year for them to send us the approval, because I94 was valid only for 6 months or do we need to fille in anyother form before we receive the approval for I360?
