My labor and 140 mentioned a salary X.
Currently, my salary + annual bonus = my salary metioned in labor and 140.
My company has plans to change the equation from May 2003 by decreasing my salary by app 4% and increasing my annual bonus paid quarterly(tied with company revenues) by app 6%(some incentive bonus crap). So, finally, the equation will be same or more, as my
future salary + future bonus > = my present salary.
Does that have any impact if an RFE is issued as my salary is being reduced?
