hi everybody,
i am the spouse of a us citizen.we got married in oct 24 2008.I am currently in US on H1B visa.I am planning to apply for my green card in sep 2010.My question is, if everything goes ok ; Am i going to get conditional green card since it has not been 2 years of marriage when i APPLIED for green card?
OR
Is it like i have to complete 2 years of marriage on the DATE OF INTERVIEW so i will get Non conditional green card.I hope question is clear.

Please respond
Thank you all.

it goes by the date of interview.

If you have been married over 2 years when you are interviewed, you should get Full 10 year card, with no conditions.

it goes by the date of interview.
Or sometimes the date of approval. Some people who were interviewed before the 2-year anniversary and then approved after the 2-year anniversary got the 10 year unconditional card. But USCIS is very inconsistent about cases like that, so it's best to time the application so the interview will be after the 2-year anniversary.

Their 2-year anniversary is in late October, so applying in late September would be safe for ensuring they cross the 2-year mark before the interview.
