My PD is Nov 12, 1998. I sent in a response to my RFE which was received by INS on May 15th. I am on the 0 days processing time list at this moment. The IIO told me my case was "approvable" but that I was on a "Visa Hold" since my PD was not current yet.

Anyone else in the same position.

Can you clarify about your PD not being current?
My PD is 11/98 too and ND is 10/12/00.

How can one PD become current?

Yes I am in the same boat. I spoke with an IIO today and said that my case is currently assigned to an officer. My PD is Dec 98
He was not very helpful at all and these guys just don\'t understand out plight!

But you should get it approved sometime in June.
