"Processing Resumed " means Nothing

I just spoke to the IIO. she said, "Waiting to be assigned to an officer".
They used to say the same thing even before the change in AVM.
Like one of our friends suggested, maybe the guy who changes the AVM had just come back from vacation and doing his job with a vengeance.

I think Process resume means, FBI could process your FP and there was no problem in FP. So you dont have to do FP again.
