Hi, I've got a question on my qulification on filing H1B, I got a B.S. degree however my degree has been withhold for 2 years until 07' March, and I've used my OPT from 05 -06, and from 06 to now, I've enrolled in some courses to keep my status. Since my degree will be release this march, I wonder if I file for H1-B, will I get approved? Any help and answer will be appreciated. THANKS.
