Quitting GC sponsor 5 months after EAD

Hi,

I am not sure if this is the right forum to mail this question. I asked my question in the citizenship forum but no response.

My husband worked for the company that sponsored his GC for 4 years. 5 months after he had got his EAD he had quit that company and joined another job and soon after that got his GC. He worked for that company also for 4 years. Both the jobs were same requiring the same skill set. Now next month he will be applying for citizenship and I wanted to know if his change of job 5 months after getting EAD would jeopardise anything?

Any response would be highly appreciated. I am getting very concerned.

provide details:
his LC filing date
his I-140 filing date
his I-140 approval date
date he filed his I-485
date he left the employer who filed his LC and I-140
date he joined new employer
did he invoked AC21
date his I-485 approved or GC approved
 
I can give you some of the details....

I-485 - Early 2001
Got his EAD - Feb 2002
Left employer who filed his LC and I-140 - June 2002
Joined new employer - June 2002
GC approved - Nov 2002

After he joined new employer in June 2002 he got a letter from the INS to verify about his employement and the new employer sent a letter to them describing his job roles, responsibilities, salary etc...

-------------- it means by sending New employer letter he invoked AC21 and his GC was approved based on new employer job offer letter if he worked with new Employer after getting GC for 6 months I dont see any problem
