Quick Turnaround in CSC

I filed my I485 on January 5th and recieved the receipt from CSC on January 13th and the finger print notice on February 5th with appointment date for February 18th. Since I was visting with my wife in TX we walked into a local ASC on February 10th and got our fingerprinting done. Called the FBI on February 11th and found out that FBI had cleared and sent a confirmation to INS on the same day. I will keep you all posted!
 
This is for fingerprint check...It is faster from beginning. But FBI name check is different..Don't get confused. You won't be able to see any status online for FBI name check ( when sent/received.) You can only get status either by calling INS or by sending email/fax/mail to FBI.

Hey Rahul,
Did FBI told that your FPs are cleared? They told me that they have send the results. I am just confused.

They said it was cleared. I asked about name check.

And the officer said all of it. I should call the INS to make sure they have it.
 
Call 304-625-5590 and enter #3

Tell them u r calling for update on FP and Name check with respect to your I485 case. Give them your A # and your full name. Thats it. Also ask for dates when they responded back to INS. If you ahve any other questions ASK. Do not hesitate. The officers are good and friendly.
 
name-check status check?

the 304 # posted is for W.Virginia.. The 202 # posted at the FBI site is for DC. i have called the 304 # a couple of times.. they only give out the FP status. for namecheck they say please call the 202 #... they politely but firmly decline any request for namecheck status.. one lady even said that namecheck is done at HQ (i.e. DC) and that they don't have the status info on that.. can someone post if they got a conclusive reply re: namecheck from the 304 #

thats true ...

Yes the 303 area code will handle only the FP .. while the 202 replies back with saying we need to send an email ..

I did sent my email to that address but 2 months has been past and no replies yet. Don't know what to do though ? :mad:
