I will be going to India next week for my H1b stamping. I just had a question. The consulate requires that I submit

>the petition approval (I-797), the complete petition submitted by your prospective employer (including the Labor Condition Agreement (LCA))

I do have the original I-797, but my employer gave me just a copy of the LCA and I - 129. I was told that I just need to cary the copy of these two. Is it true? Does anyone know if I need to cary the original.

Please advise.

Thanks
Kapil

You need original I797 and certified copies of LCA and I129 for H1 stamping. The applicant is supposed to have the original 797 approval all the time.
