I had my interview in Baltimore MD like a month ago (I-485 related). To me everything went okay for like 10 mins or so.The IO took me and my wives Birth certificates(originals)although we had copies, took some of our pics, bank statements and tax returns(joint). The Immigration Officer wished us good luck after few mins of questions (same old questions) to which we answered well. All the IO said was.... we'll hear from them. She never gave a hint whether she was convinced or not. All she said was good luck and that we should stay together since we look good(matched up as young couple). She said she'll vote for us.
What that this mean? it's been a month now and nothing new.Anybody had this experience b4 in Baltimore or elsewhere? Pls i need ur help and experience. Thanks again.

She probably did not have the authority to approve your case and so it had to be reviewed by a supervisor. Did she say whether you were stuck in FBI namecheck or not?

You should try making an Infopass appointment and speak to an Immigration Officer.
