I am putting together all the documents for the interview and I had a few questions on them
The three documents that I am thinking of collecting are :
a) Tax Return Transcripts for the past 5 year (even though I have lived in the US for all the 5 years except for a few occasional trips abroad) - question is - for someone for whom it is not hard to prove residency requirements - do we even need to carry this to the interview?
b) A driver transcript with a history of all tickets etc. I did not put any information about tickets because although I had a few over the past several years (probably 3 or 4), they were all for minor offences and the fines were below $500. But to be on the safe side, I want to get my driving record. I live in NJ - where should I get this from?
c) Selective Service Status letter - I was on valid non-immigrant status when I was 26 and got my green card only at 33 - so again the question is - should I even get this letter and if so, where should I get it from?
Thank You
