quick question before I send aplication..

So, I am ready. before I write the check, who should I write it for? there are several options thoug out the instructions...
"U.S Department of Homeland Security"
"Department of Homeland Security"
"U.S Citizen and Immigration Services"

I know it is a little detail, but I have read here people who have gotten back their application because of that.
Another little thing... If I send it via USPS from FL, using the priority mail service. is that considered Express?
I think I need to send it to
USCIS

right?

Priority mail is not express mail. Send to the regular address for priority mail.
