Quick question about N-400 form

I dont remember if I signed my n-400 form on the last page. I did it the first time but reprinted it again and cant recall. If i do receive my application back, do i have to repay the $595 again?? thanks a lot

If they send you the application, they would not have cashed the check/draft. You will get the whole package back.
