I am planning to apply for OCI @ Chicago. It says I should send the applications in duplicate. What does that mean ? I should take the copy of already filled part B or I should refill it again in ink.

Not sure if it is only for you or the family.I filled A online,Downloded and made copy and send both in.You do need to noterrise all documents..I did keep a set of all papers with me.Incase some clown looses it..
