Hi,

I have a quick question: somebody is being sponsored since 2002 (EB2/3) - application is still in DOL, probably will be accepted(?) by the end of next year. Is it possble to apply once again thru PERM - and have 2 petitions pending? Which way is faster to get a Green Card?

If you have EB2 PD 2002 better convert in to PERM which is faster if EB2 get retrogress in Dec 2005.
