Quick i864 question - household size question

Hi

I am filing separate petitions for Green Card for my parents. On each of i1864, how to I account for them on Part 5, 21 section ?

I am married with 2 kids - so have 4 as current household. On my mother's petition, where do I mention my father and vice-versa ? I should be able to state a household size of 6 on each i864

Based on instructions on page 3 of I-864, you fillout original I-864 with household size of 6 and make a copy of the original one.
That's what you need.

The instructions state that since I have separate I130 for each, I need a separate I1864

Your Household Size - DO NOT COUNT ANYONE TWICE

Persons you are sponsoring in this affidavit:

a.Enter the number you entered on line 10 - 1

Persons NOT sponsored in this affidavit:

b. Yourself - 1

c. If you are currently married, enter "1" for your spouse - 1

d. If you have dependent children, enter the number here - 2

e. If you have any other dependents, enter the number here - XXXX Cannot enter the other parent here since this refers to the persons already claimed as dependents on a tax return

f. If you have sponsored any other persons on an I-864 or I-864 EZ who are now lawful permanent residents, enter the number here - XXX (Cannot enter the other parent here since GC is not yet approved )
