Dear All,
I am dv 2014 winner, here i would like to ask around some advice about my relationship status. As when i submmited the form, I missed out to put my spouse. SO is there any chance to put again? I have every single evidence from start of my relationship to the marriage and until now.

Thanks alot on advance

You should clarify the following:

1. Were you married at the time of your DV entry
2. On the DV entry did you indicate your status as unmarried, or marrried?
3. Did you submit your 122 and 2309 forms without listing your spouse?
4. Is you wife a US citizen or US LPR (Green Card holder)

I was married , didnt submit the forms yet, and she is not.

If you got married prior to submitting the lottery entry, you are in big trouble. If they discover that you're actually married yet you entered 'single', there's a very high chance that you'll be disqualified. If you got married after the entry, it's ok, just bring everything that shows your marriage is real and file the DSP-122 with your spouse included.

So you have answered questions 1, 3 and 4. You didn't answer question 2 but it is sadly probably academic.

You should certainly have listed your spouse. Failure o do so will probably mean you will be disqualified. Was there a good reason not list her?

Here is the FAQ information about that.

13. Current marital status – Unmarried, married, divorced, widowed, or legally separated. Enter the
name, date of birth, gender, city/town of birth, country of birth of your spouse, and a photograph of
your spouse meeting the same technical specifications as your photo.
Failure to list your eligible spouse will result in disqualification of the principal applicant and
refusal of all visas in the case at the time of the visa interview. You must list your spouse here
even if you plan to be divorced before you apply for a visa. A spouse who is already a U.S. citizen
or a Lawful Permanent Resident will not require or be issued a DV visa, though you will not be
penalized if you list them on your entry form
