Questions Regarding RIR

Hey,

I just finished my advertising stage for RIR process. My most recent advertisement was put on my state's department of labor's website. The ad was run from March 1 to March 12nd. My first question is that:

Can I file the RIR LC application right after this AD?
Should I wait for another 1 month (based on Federal DOL)?
If yes, it is from the date of ad started (March 1) or ended (March 12)?

One coworker also filed a RIR LC application last May. Basically, I went through the same process as he. Should I report my recruitment results to DOL for his behalf?

I deeply appreciates your replies. Thanks!

File LC right away.

Why r u planning to waste another month?

I don't see any reason to wait for a month based on the information you have given above.

Best choice, consult a lawyer. It is the matter of time, future. Professional makes it presentable and fightable.
Friend's suggestion.

hey, thank you all for your replies.

Assur,

I was thinking about whether or not to hire a lawyer for very long time before starting the whole RIR process. In fact, my boss, a case of being from an immigrant to a citizen, gave me encouragement to go for Green Card DIY. He did it by himself.

I applied the H1B by myself through regular process last year. I got approved in a fascinating speed, only 6 weeks! This also convinced me to apply for my Green Card by myself.

So far, I felt nothing so mysterious. At least, I can control my Green Card process.

Anyway, I would like to have more discussion with you guys.

Thanks!
