Hi,
I have few questions regarding EAD.I got my EAD 6 months back, and I got my 1-140 approved couple of months back. My EAD will expire on Feb 2006 and my H1 B will expire on Dec 2006. Till now I have not used my EAD, and I am working on H1 B. I have couple of questions :
a) As my current contract job is ending soon, can I work with any company using my EAD or do I have to stick with my employer. I will inform my employer about this, before joining any new company, but will it be possible that in the future my current employer can revoke my EAD for some reason?
b) When we apply for EAD renewal are there any chances, that it can be rejected also?
c) If there is any problem with EAD when getting renewed, can I again work on H1 till it gets expired?
