The alien cannot sign on the application, when it is filed electronic. Can the employers file as many applications as they feel without information to the alien, later substitute the approved labor for some other people taking some unspecified amounts? Wouldn't this lead to biggest fraud?
2. A consultant whose head office is at Virginia hires a candidate to work at a client place(primary work site) at Texas. Can the employer take the Prevailing wage info from Texas, place job order at Texas, conduct his recruitment efforts at Texas and file I-140/I-485 at Texas?

Column I.e.25 A notice of filing is to be posted for atleast 10 business days at the Place of employment.
Since the client will not generally allow this at his premises, Does 'the Place of employment' mean the employer's headoffice?

Column C.5 Number of employees in area of intended employment
Does 'area of intended employment' mean physical location or functional area of Business?
In this column of application it sounds like functional area of Business, since there is no 'the' before area.

Does 'the area of intended employment' mean physical location or functional area of Business?
