Hello,

Should an Employer legally MUST revoke I-140 after we leave(they terminate from) the company when 485 in under processing? or they can revoke the I-140 when they wish to do only?

How long does it take to USCIS to process the I-140 revoke application and send NOID?

I heard that an employer can NO MORE REUSE the cleared labor to someone by revoking I-140. Is this true?
If yes, revoking I-140 is of no use to the employer unless they are angry and want to put the leaving employee in a bad or little more complicated situation. right?
Just curious to know, if anybody has idea: how much does it cost for an employer (filing fee and lawyer fee) to revoke I-140?? :) I got this question becuase if an employer can no more reuse the cleared labor, then no use of revoking I-140, so just to see how angry a desi employer is, to spend their money just to spoil/screw one's career so the DESI employer feels happy!!! JAIHIND!!!

99% of the desi employers are paying WAY TOO LOW to its employees compared to other american companies/recruiters. Also these desi employers think they are GOD to its employees just becuase they found a project for them(in 50% of the case employer finds the project) when they were in a need, and want these employees to dedicate the rest of their life to these GODs for the continued LOW salaries.

Anybody know the answers?
Thanks.

There is no requirement that the I-140 be revoked, or that USCIS be notified.

If the employer revokes or withdraws the I-140, then there's nothing that prevents the LC from being reused. Where things get really complicated is when the original alien beneficiary gets a GC via AC21 using an LC that is then used by someone else. Based on my reading of the AC21 statute and the half-decade since the law was passed, this should not be a problem for the original beneficiary.
