My uncle (citizen) is sponsoring my dad (non-citizen). I am doing all the paperwork for them. I read up on the USCIS website and I was wondering what the best way to do this is.
They say just to send out an i-130
They mention nothing about an i-865 or an i-765, or anything else.
My question is, should I send out i-130, i-865, and i-765 all at once? I know that the i-130 is the main form, the i-865 is supplementary, and the i-765 is for work. Would my best bet be the send them all at once?
Also, approximately how long is the wait after I send out i-130, and anything else, before I get it approved and I can send out the i-485? My father is from Poland and we are planning to send the forms to the Texas facility.
Thanks!

and after I get the i-130 approved I can file for the i-485 which is the green card.Your U.S. citizen family member (sponsor) must file the Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative, for you and it must be approved. You must wait for your priority date in your immigrant visa category to become current. Your priority date is the date when the Form I-130 is properly filed (with correct fee and signature) on your behalf by your U.S. citizen relative. For more information on priority dates, see the “Visa Availability & Priority Dates” link to the left under “Green Card Processes & Procedures.”
