Guys,

Is there any quota for citizenship like only these many people can be approved for citizenship in a year ?

Also, Is there any country limit on the citizenship quota for a particular year ?

Will Name Check(Background Check/Security Check) done for citizenship. If yes,When is this initiated ?

How many months in advance can one apply for citizenship ? Is it 4 years and 6 months ?

What proof do we need to provide when applying for citizenship (just maintaining permanent residence is enough (or) Do I need show proof that I have been working continuosly without a break)?

No, and no.

Yes, and I believe it needs to be complete before the interview.

One can apply 90 days in advance of when you are eligible to become a citizen.

What proof do we need to provide when applying for citizenship (just maintaining permanent residence is enough (or) Do I need show proof that I have been working continuosly without a break)?

There is no requirement that one ever be employed in order to become a citizen.
