Questions on AP application.... pls help

Hi all,

I have some questions regarding the AP application ...hope someone can help-

1. Can I pay the INS fees by a personal check
2. Do I need to submit EAD document (photocopy) & previous AP approval(photocopy) as some of the required documents, its not mentioned on the site.

----- YES( pay the correct fees to USCIS as it is increased $55 )
2. Do I need to submit EAD document (photocopy) & previous AP approval(photocopy) as some of the required documents, its not mentioned on the site.
------ better send EAD copy, AP copy AND color copy of your driving Licence and color copy of your first page of Passport that has your name, DOB and Photograph
