Questions on AC21/AddressChange/Temp Employment

MY CASE: 485 Filed 01/2002 EB2
EAD, AP, FP done in May 2002
I gave the address of my friend who has a Permenant House here since we change appartments.

Got laid off in Sept 2002.
Called by original company as a contractor for 4 months till Feb 2003.

Right now working as a contarctor on EAD, contarct ending Next month end.


MY PROBLEM(s):
1. I need to apply for EAD extension.
Lawyer said better to give a Change of address since INS may be tracking invalid addresses
If I give that I will have to give my new employer info which is temproray employment.
Will this provoke a RFE ?

2. Do you ourselves have to go to INS and inform abt job change or we shoul do only in case of a RFE ?

3. Will Address change now on EAD cause any problem becoz I am staying at this place for the last 9 months. and my app address was of a friend who had a house here.


Please HELP And Let me know.

1. Why is your friend's address an invalid on now? what does change of address has to do with who is your employer?

2. Right now only in case of a RFE.

3. I dont see anticipate any problem or RFE for a mere address change.
