Questions on AC-21, Help

Hi,

One of my friends received a lay off notice recently. He has 4 more weeks.

He received an offer from a small startup company but not sure how good or bad this new company is. He is thinking of joining this company and later jump to a better company. The questions are:

1) Is there any limit on how many times you can use AC-21?
2) Is there any minimum time gap required from one AC-21 to another?

His I-140 was approved last year. His 485 is pending for more than 6 months and he has a valid EAD to continue working.

not that I am clear on all AC21 stuff, but I think there is not any limit on the number of times or time before changing companies
Remember a job with a start up where yr friend can show employement and pay stubs is absolutly better than no job
