Dear all,

I have a simply question on I-140 form regarding:

Part 4, item# 3. If the person's native alphabet is other than Roman letters, write the person's foreign name and address in the native alphabet:

Does it mean I need to fill out my name and address in my home country in Chinese because my native language is Chinese? I just want to make sure it since I don't understand why they need that ...

Thanks!

Yes... At least that is what our attorney asked me to do...

My attorney filed as it is without writing in that column. Strange right! You better write in your native alphabet.

What about if we are e-filing I-140 application? Is there a tool in Acrobat that will allow us to write in our native language (Hindi, chinese etc)? or DO WE HAVE TO JUST LEAVE THAT COLUMN BLANK or PUT "N/A" there?
