I have similar case and would appreciate your response.

Did you and your wife both received RFE or just your wife? Did you both receive approvals together or did you receive it first?

I filed I-485 in Sept with complete medical for myself (including vaccinations) but not for my wife.

Only my wife got the RFE. Our cases were approved on the same date.

I did speak with an IIO before we mailed the RFE response. I asked her about my case and she replied that everything in the file looks OK and I should hear from VSC within two weeks after VSC receives the RFE response.

Our case was approved in a week after VSC received the RFE.
