the wife of my friend applied for I-140 in Jan 2005 and got approval in May 2005 by Texas Center. She then submitted I-485 for her and family.
My friend has gone to New Jersey and got a job there with the EAD recently.
the questions are:
1.if the wife want to find a job in New Jersey,does she need to transfer the service center?she is the primary applicant.
2.if she find a new job in New Jersey or nearby,does she need to apply for a new H-1 visa or tranfer her current H-1 visa?
3.the procedure will delay or it is a good idea for tranferring the service center? (there might be lost of files in the transfer?)
