I remember that you all were waiting for the 2nd fp. I haven't got any news since day 1. changes. Could you please share your updated information.

I received my 2-d FP last Friday, July 23
It is scheduled for 08/10/04

LIN 03013xxxxx - EB2
RD - 09/02
ND - 10/18/02
1-st FP - 11/22/02
3-d EAD applied 05/22/04

I received my second FP notice today

I suspect my 3rd EAD application (on June 8) may have triggered the FP. That was exactly what I had hoped for; I applied for my EAD even I do not need it to work for my current job (still on H1B). My ND was 10/2002.

Thank you for your updated info.

I don't know why I haven't received the 2nd FP notice. I felt most of cases near by Oct Nov were touched in terms of the 2nd FP. I think that my case is a pretty straitforward case without anything special. Any comments or suggestions.
