Questions for case transfer?

Hello, guys,
I have one urgent situation and I really need your help. I just got one offer from Seattle, Washington. The job nature is the same as mine right now. I applied GC (NIW) from NY (under Vermont), and right now I am waiting for I-485.
My question is: if I go to Seattle, my case will be transferred to Seattle local office, or to California Center? How long will the case be delayed? Is there any chance to get case denied?

Transfer - likely.
Delay - yes, if case is transferred.
Denial - If you take up the new job after 180 days from your RD, you qualify for AC21. There is no reason for denial if your job duties are similar to the previous one. To play it safety, take up the new job 180 days after your ND if you cold. You never know how BCIS interprets receipt date. They often confuse RD with ND.
