Questions --- EB2 or EB3???

Hi,

It would be nice if someone can shed good light on my questions about EB2 & EB3 !!!

(1) Applicant with Bachelors + more than 5 years of Progressive exp is eligible to apply in EB2 category. . right???

(2) At what stage does an applicant need to decide if he can apply for EB2 or EB3... meaning is it at LC stage or the I140/I485 stage?

(3) What kind of proof of documents are needed for EB2 application?

(4) What is the difference in Processing timelines for EB2 & EB3 at the Texas Center.

Please share your thoughts.

1. correct (with relavent exp)
2. LC stage (because of minimum wages are different)
3. All the exp certificate from your co-worker and your superviosr that prove your exp.
4. at this time both category are current.

If you not 110 % sure about getting all the letter or not sure any exp is not relavent then don't try EB2, otherwise getting REF or rejection won't be good.
