Questions about upcoming I-485 interview

My husband applied for my green card based on his employment based permanent resident application which was approved 1 month after filing for mine. Now my I-485 interview has come up in Baltimore, MD in July. I have the following queries--

1. His green card has been lost even before we received it and USCIS has now asked him to apply for a replacement. His passport has been stamped though. Would this stamp be enough to prove his permanent resident status during the interview or the physical green card is crucial?

2. Do we need to take an affidavit of support by him for me?

3. In the list of required documents to bring along for the interview is my "Passport and photo identification (state driver's license or state identification card)". I do not have the driver's license or state identification card. And to get a new one made here in Maryland you need to wait almost 2 months, which would mean that my interview date would have long passed! What can I do about this? Is there any other document I can take to serve as photo identification?

Here are some things that I saved from a person who bring all this at his interview :
What to take to Interview
• Interview Notice.
• Driver's licenses and social security cards for myself and spouse.
• Passports and Form I-94.
• Birth Certificate for myself and spouse.
• Employment Authorization cards, and Authorization for Advance Parole.
• Spouse’s evidence of United States Citizenship (Naturalization certificate).
• Marriage Certificate.
• Supporting evidence of relationship (see below)
• All immigration-related documentation ever issued to me (NOA’s).
• Copy of completed medical exam (Form I-693) and Vaccination supplement submitted earlier.
• Newly Completed Affidavit(s) of Support (Form 1-864, I-864A), with all required evidence.
o Federal Income Tax returns and W-2’s, or certified IRS printouts, for the past 3 years.
o Letters from each of current employers on company stationery, verifying current rate of pay and average weekly hours.
o Pay stubs for the past 2 months with married status highlighted.
• Copy of applications (I-485, I-130, I-131, and I-765) made with required evidence (I-683, I-864 etc.).
• Two passport size photographs (just in case).
• Originals and photocopies of all documents.

Supporting evidence of relationship
• Apartment lease agreement.
• Joint bank statements
• Joint credit card statements
• Joint utility bills (AEP, Columbus Gas)
• Life insurance policy with wife as beneficiary
• Joint car insurance policy
• Health insurance statement with wife as dependent
• Tax statement with marriage status
• Photos
o Before marriage (trips)
o Religious wedding
o Court wedding
o Photos in USA after wedding
• Car title with both names on it
• Wear wedding bands
