Questions about ttsvisa.com online appt

Hi! I'm getting married in November, but would like to setup an appt for my wife's h-4 visa in early december at the US embassy in New delhi.

While registering for the web appointment through www.ttsvisas.com, should I be used her maiden last name and current contact details; Or her new last name and contact details after our marriage?

This is a silly question, but I was just wondering what others are doing.

Use the name how it appears in Passport.

Contact Information-- whereever she could be contacted.
 
This probably means that I will use her maiden name because we will be married only in late november.

So, how exactly does the process work. Will the h-4 visa be issued using her last name before marriage?
 
This is what I think

I think you can book appointment with maiden name and by the
time you go for visa if you have last name updated on passport
you can get H4 with your last name.I don't think that will be a
problem if you go there with marriage certificate and all other
required docs.Remember I am another person like you who visits
this forum to learn/share information. so try it at your own risk
and do update what happened at the consulate.Good Luck.

One more reason I am telling this is that I read here that people
made appointments through ttsvisas by selecting english as
preferred language and able to attend interview in different
language.

congrats on your big step in life,I am also getting married in delhi in Nov so was trying to see how this ttsvisas works,could you please mail (dj30305@yahoo.com)me if you have already got the appointment I guess appointment is available 3 months in advance only...I'll be applying for a date in dec for H4....I was trying to get all the documents in order...
