questions about TN and working

Hello,

My husband and I are Canadian and want to live in the US. I qualify for a TN being an RN. My husband owns his business here in Canada and works it from home on the internet and phone. He does not qualify for a TN of his own. Can he continue to do his "canadian business" while living in the US under my TN status? He would technically be employed in Canada but living in the States. Is this allowed? Any help or advice would be helpful!

If neither the worker nor the Cdn firm is not benefitting from his presence in US, he can work legally from US.
