Hello, I just have some questions about the interview.
I understand the interviews can be any time from 1st October. I seem to have a low case number, 2012OC000012XX, so is there a good chance my interview will be this year?
How much advance notice will you receive before the interview? Can any people who have had the interview in the past advise of how much time they had to prepare?
I am currently a resident in Canada so hope to have my interview here. I booked a trip to the UK for 3 weeks at the end of October. Obviously there is likely no chance that I could defer the interview not would it be wise to do so, but if I don't receive a letter about my interview before Its time for my trip should it be OK to go for 3 weeks?
How long is the medical examination valid for before the interview? I am considering getting my medical examination done soon to make sure all my immunization stuff is up to date, but don't want it to be invalid if I don't get an interview until say 2 months after.
Lastly, if I do need an affidavit of support, does the guarantor have to be American?
