Questions about the DC area processing

I haven't seen a lot of posts about the DC area so I was wondering if anyone has any experience with how long it's taking around here to get an interview...

And how do I know what my DO is? I live in Fairfax, VA

Your DO should be Fairfax, VA which I believe is called Washington DC office on USCIS processing tracker. What did you fill out on your I-130 form for your DO?
