I've been married to a us citizen almost a year and on march 23rd we have an aos interview...I have a few questions to u guys...please help me if u know the answers

a)it's about the sponsor..my wife used to work but she hasn't worked the last 2 months...she is gonna start going to school so i'm gonna be the only one working for a while...I know usually the american citizen is the sponsor for the foreign spouse...my question is can i be the sponsor?because i'm making enough money...it's more than what the immigration asks(i think total income of spouses has to be at least more than $16000 in a year or something, otherwise u need someone to sponsor u)if i can be the sponsor, should i fill that i-864 form?and it says sponsor should bring last 3 year's tax returns?if i'm the sponsor since i just started working last year i have only 1 w-2...is it ok?should my spouse take her last 3 w-2's with her even though she is not the sponsor?
b)my wife and i not getting along well...we might get a divorce after the interview...i know if we pass the interview i get a conditional green card for 2 years....and i know i can apply for a permanent one even though we get a divorce...some people say i need to show some proof that we got married for real,it wasn't for green card...That's true my marriage is real but how can i prove it?what are the proofs that i can show the ins that it wasn't for the green card?
c)do we need a lot of pics for the interview?because we don't really take alot of pics?i mean we have like 50 or so but is it gonna be enough?

Thank you so much for the help guys...I'll ask more if anything comes to my mind...Appreciate all the answers.

could someone pls answer my questions? It's really really important guys.I don't know who to ask, this forum is my only hope. Thanks

a) you cant be the sponsor. The girls parents can be...

b) 50 is good enough. Get some common credit cards, lease, electric , gas, phone bills under joint name...

swaiting,

thanks a lot for the answer...but there is no way that her parents would sponsor us...they don't like me,they don't even like their own daughter...so my only hope is to show that i'm making enough money.
let me re-phrase my question....since i'm making enough money,do we still need a sponsor?(i mean is it ok if i just take my last years tax return and also my paycheck stubs?)
and also do we still need her last 3 years of tax return since she's not gonna be the sponsor?
thank u so much again.

soil,
Read the 864 and 864a. You cant be the sponsor as far as i know. Either she has to do it or her relatives...

goodluck

you can fill 864 and 864a..by urself if you income is enough but still u r wife's info should be there and u both have to sign in front of notary public.
