Hello I have couple of questions,
1. I want to petition for my brother (I 130) as i am a USC. My brother is married so my question is, do I also have to include is marriage certificate to prove their (bro + sis in law's) relation? I 130 instruction only says to provide his Birth certificate to prove the his and mine relationship through same parents. I will need to put his wife's name so i was not sure if the marriage certificate was needed? if anyone could please share their experience that would be great. Thanks.

2. For parents, there is medical exam needed for I 485. Can this be done in any states (uscis approved)? or it has to be done in the same state where i will be filing from? my mom currently staying in different state with sis so I would like to know if she could do it there also?

Thanks

1. Your brother won't be eligible for a visa for at least a decade. At that time in the future, he will need to provide documents for his spouse and minor children who will accompany or follow-to-join him. All you need now is to prove the sibling relationship.

2. The medical merely needs to be done by a designated civil surgeon. It does not matter where.
