This is my first post, and thank you for taking your time to take look at my questions.
I am a permanent resident in Canada,and got a job in Canada. I entered in US in last Dec,however, I was referred to Multiple inspection ( or seconday). the reason was that I told them I might stay in US for over one month, the officer thought that would be too long while I still work,( I work for an agriculture company, so there wont have much things to do in Winter) and I do not pay rent ( I live with my family friends in Vancouver). My questions are:
1.Will a multiple inspection leave a record in their system?
2. I am going to China for a month and go back to Canada from the US, will there be any problems when am back at POE(JFK)?
